School Age Care

For Grades K-6. The Recreation Department offers a fun, stimulating, learning environment that compliments and enriches your child. Quality care provided before and after school. Children learn and have fun through a wide variety of activities such as art, music, science, games, reading, sports, crafts, outdoor play, and much more. Onaway and Mercer offer school age care for children with special needs. The Onaway site has reached capacity and we are no longer accepting enrollments for Before and After Care at this time.

Before school: 7-9:15 AM
After school: 3:20-6:30 PM

Please note that if your child is registered after August 22, he/she may start program two full school days after registration. Payments accepted by phone (216) 491-1295; mailed using check or credit card; faxed with credit card to (216) 991-4219; or in person at Thornton Park. Payments are not accepted at the child care sites.
