Chief Administrative Officer

The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the City’s day-to-day operations, works closely with the Mayor and City Council, participates in Council and committee meetings and public hearings, and serves as the Clerk of Council. Reviews departmental operating and capital budgets and approves hiring of personnel, expenditure of City funds and use of City facilities.
