CEI Line Clearance Pruning Program

Posted: May 30, 2017

Have you received a green or orange door hanger informing you that the trees along your electrical lines will be trimmed in the coming weeks?

Penn Line is the contractor hired by CEI/First Energy Corp. to trim trees as part of its Line Clearance Pruning Program. The Program is designed to help prevent electrical outages from fallen trees and branches during inclement weather.

Penn Line placed hangers on the front doors of homes scheduled for work. The hangers provide information on when the work will start and the type of work to be completed.

For more information:

Download a map of streets scheduled for work under the Program.
