Horseshoe Lake Park is the setting for a ribbon cutting with the Mayor and Council on Saturday, May 24 at 9:30 a.m. The annual pancake breakfast is scheduled inside the dramatically transformed park from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tours of the park and trails are scheduled at 9:45 and 10 a.m. Rain date: May 25.
