YOGA IN THE PARK Gridley Triangle Park, Thursdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm June 15th through August 17th
Kathy, a local Shaker resident will guide, encourage, and share her love of yoga with you at Gridley Triangle Park on Thursday evenings this summer from 6 -7 pm. Kathy’s 10+ years of teaching experience at Inner Bliss Yoga and at Yoga Roots here in the Cleveland area combined with her extensive training at Bikram’s Yoga College of India in California, will be combined to create a class in which you will feel welcome and comfortable. We will practice a flow style of yoga with instructions for beginners and options for more advanced students of yoga. If you are new to yoga, you are welcome: instructions will be verbal and yoga poses will be visually demonstrated. Yoga is a way to calm and quiet the chatter of the mind, through breath and movement while building strength and flexibility in the body. You don’t need to be flexible to try yoga, just grab a yoga mat and give it a try, you’ll be amazed how good you feel.
