Things to Do
May is Bike Month in Shaker Heights
The City of Shaker Heights recognizes the month of May as national Bike Month in order to promote the many benefits of bicycling and encourage more people to try bicycling. During COVID-19, bike rides are a great way to exercise and spend time outdoors in a socially distant manner. If you choose to ride, please follow all traffic rules, avoid riding in groups, and keep a distance greater than 6-feet when passing pedestrians or other cyclists. We encourage you to visit the Heights Bicycle Coalition’s Bicycle Map to find streets or trails in the Heights area that match your bicycling comfort level.
