Colleen Jackson joined the City as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer in June 2021. Jackson comes to Shaker Heights from Cleveland Play House, where she served as Director of Community Partnerships and Programming. In this role, Jackson oversaw community programs like Say Yes Cleveland and MyCom, while also being responsible for professional development initiatives in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion.
