Confirming the appointments made by the Board of the Shaker Heights Development Corporation (SHDC) of the following persons as citizen Trustees, each for a 3-year term (4-1-21 through 3-31-24): Andrea Boyd; Shawn Brown; Vicki Elder; Anthony Love; and Kandis Williams. (SHDC)

Providing for the issuance and sale of $1,200,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying costs of improving streets by reconstructing, grading, draining, paving, resurfacing, and making other improvements as designated in the plans approved or to be approved by Council, and declaring an emergency. Providing for the issuance and sale of $4,000,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying costs of improving the City’s sanitary sewerage system by constructing and improving sanitary and storm sewers and related sanitary and drainage facilities, and declaring an emergency.
