Confirming the Shaker Heights Development Corporation Board appointments of Jeremy Paris and Alex Campbell.

Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of February 27, 2023 (attached herewith).

A resolution adopting the updated Countywide All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan, to expedite eligibility for federal disaster mitigation funding for future natural disasters in the City of Shaker Heights, and declaring an emergency. (SPW)

Authorizing the acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $16,344 from the Cuyahoga Solid Waste District to reimburse the City for the neighborhood composting pilot program, and declaring an emergency. (SUS), (FIN)

Amending Ordinance 22-126 making appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Shaker Heights, Ohio for the year ending December 31, 2023, in Fund No. 101, the General Fund, by appropriating an additional $16,344 for the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District Special Projects Grant, and declaring an emergency.
