Expressing the Council’s objection to the renewal of the liquor permit of See Investments LLC DBA Swerve Grill, at 20126 Chagrin Boulevard, Shaker Heights, Ohio on the basis that the renewal applicant has operated its liquor permit business in a manner that demonstrates a disregard for the local ordinances of the City, and that its business is so located with respect to the neighborhood that substantial interference with public decency, sobriety, peace, and good order would result from the renewal of the permit and operation under it by the applicant, and requesting a hearing in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
