Free guided hikes are a great way to familiarize yourself with the trails and natural features of the brook's most pristine parklands and offer a fun, social way to get outdoors and get some exercise. The paths are unpaved and the terrain is steep in places, but guides will work to accommodate all abilities and experience levels. Sturdy footwear is high recommended.
