Enjoy a fun, family-friendly day of fishing. Learn the basics from tackle and techniques to casting, and how to handle and identify native Ohio fish. You'll even learn how to clean and prepare your catch. Following fishing instruction, test your luck by fishing for stocked catfish and bluegill in the beautiful Rockefeller Lagoon. Bring your own rod and reel or borrow one of ours. Participants should bring a cooler and ice if they plan to keep their catches. No fishing license is required to fish in the lagoon.
