Updated Guidance for City Buildings

Guidelines for City buildings effective August 17:

  • MASKS REQUIRE IN ALL CITY BUILDINGS: All visitors, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask in common areas of buildings. Disposable masks will be available at front desks. This includes City Hall, the Police Station, Fire Stations, Public Works and Thornton Park. (Please note for Thornton Park: Patrons are not required to wear a mask when on the ice, but otherwise should be masked.)
  • CITY HALL: Public access to City Hall will be by appointment only. Call 216-491-1400 to schedule an appointment. Visitors will be met by the City Hall staff person with whom an appointment has been scheduled.
  • Masks required when at the Service Center for large item drop-off or recycling services.
  • The Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Building remains closed to the public at this time.
