University Hospitals now scheduling vaccine appointments for age 80 and up.

Residents age 80 and up can now schedule a vaccine appointment with University Hospitals by calling 216-800-9367. Vaccines are by appointment only. No walk ins.

Vaccinations will be administered at the UH Management Services Center at 3605 Warrensville Center Rd. in Shaker Heights.

Pre-Register for Phase 1B

Individuals eligible for any phase  of Ohio's Phase 1B rollout can now pre-register with University Hospitals at vaccine.uhhospitals.org. This includes residents over the age of 65; those with severe congenital or developmental disabilities; and staff at K-12 schools. UH will contact pre-registered individuals when it is time to schedule an appointment (based on vaccine availability and Ohio Department of Health guidelines).
