Mayoral Proclamations

Proclamations are ceremonial documents signed by the Mayor and issued to Shaker Heights residents and organizations. Please submit a completed Mayoral Proclamation request at least two weeks in advance. Request a mayoral proclamation for:

  • Anniversaries
  • Scout awards
  • Retirements
  • Special events
  • Milestone birthdays
  • Reunions
  • Remembrances and commemorations
